Jamboree Table Details

You can choose any theme that you would like! Get creative and use what you already have at home.

Required items to be provided for each table:

• Table cloth (80” round)
• Cream and Sugar
• Salt and Pepper
• Centerpiece
• Display area for donation cards (boot, hat, bowl, etc)

Items provided by PCS:

• Paper glasses and cups
• Plastic silverware (you may want to fancy up the silverware)
• Plates
• Napkins
• Pens/Pencils to fill out donation cards

Optional items you may choose to include:

• Favors for each of your guests
• Mints
• Toothpicks
• Plate holders (for decorations only)
• Name cards
• Silverware (plastic provided)
• Glasses and cups (plastic provided)
• Napkins to match your theme
• Pitchers/Carafes (if you don’t want guests to get their own drinks)
  • Water pitcher
  • Coffee carafe
  • Sweet and/or unsweet tea pitchers

Other Notes:

• You will be able to decorate your table the morning of the Jamboree.
• Tables are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
• You must leave your table number clear for the servers to see.
• We will have donations cards to be displayed at each table. Attendees may choose to fill out the donation cards (ie pledge of donation of $20/month) and they will be collected throughout the evening by the Jamboree volunteers and servers.
